Clearly, I suck at blogging.

Considering I am averaging about 1 post a year, I think that title is accurate.

When I was in my teens/early 20s, I LOVED writing. I excelled at it and it often came very naturally. I especially loved writing poetry and kept many journals. I don't know what the catalyst was, but maybe around my late 20s (about the time I moved overseas) I didn't find myself writing as much anymore. I've always tried to get back into it but as you can imagine, I haven't been very successful.

Recently, after going through a few years of life changes, I've felt compelled to start writing regularly. I've downloaded a few apps, put a journal by my bed, and use notes on my phone when I get a sudden urge to write something. But I can't say it's been very productive.
